I just took out the queen and it was incredibly easy.
Here’s what you do.
KILL IT WITH FIRE!
Flamethrower flame pools are incredibly effective. Stand here in one of those, block her path with fire, and stun her with a grenade or maybe shotgun if she tries to charge you.
There’s no need to dodge it if you can stun her during the charge up period. The health bar will drop super fast if she’s kept on fire.
