The owner of this Stylishly clothing store in Watson used to be a fashion designer. The owner of 2nd Amendment is Robert Wilson who gives you a free gun upon first meeting him. This is part of the Watson Side Job, The Gun. The description for that mission hints that Wilson is likely from Heywood. However, there isn’t much else to know about Wilson since there aren’t any side conversation choices. The free gun you get from him is an Iconic Weapon called Dying Night.

Coach Fred (Melee Weapons)

Talking to Coach Fred reveals that he likely used to be a boxer when asked if he ever goes in the ring. After taking too many hits to the head, he says that he no longer has the reflexes that he used to. Instead of spending his money on body modifications to fix it, he’s taking it easy for now. Coach Fred also gives you a chain of Watson Side Jobs that revolve around boxing fights. The first one is Beat on the Brat: Kabuki.
