• Investigate & Surveillance 2nd suspect
• Talk to new witnesses
• Hard interrogate, though this will anger secret admirer. You CAN continue, but your status with secret admirer will change to angry. Still lets you beat the game, I guess it only matters if you care about fictitious elections and your role in them

Nick Holden, 2nd suspect

• Surveillance 1st suspect
• Talk to 4th witness
• Investigate 2nd suspect
• Use godfather
• Hard interrogate

Hector Denson

• You literally have to drop the case or lose the game. It’s kind of a waste of time and energy that this was even put in the game.

Oleg Gavrilov

• Drop this or anger the secret admirer. I usually dropped this one because of the implications in this game’s world, I was more about not letting the woman get murdered than some USSR guy getting killed by the CIA. I never pursued this case.
