Dear Monster – 100% Achivements / Endings + CGs (Walkthrough)

Intro and Disclaimer

Here are some things to note before you get started!

  • I am not a dev, and these are not perfect answers. If you want perfect – you’ll have to buy the guide and support them. But for the intents and purposes of getting achievements and endings, this guide will work. Please don’t comment saying something is wrong – That’s kind of the point.
  • There are 4 love interests, each with 3 different endings (Faeryn has 4) and therefore 3 achievements each (Faeryn=4). There are missable achievements within Imbriss’ and Faeryn’s routes, and a threaded achievement that needs you to play the game in a certain order.
  • For this purpose, I strongly recommend you play this game following the order they appear in the guide. But you do you. You just might have to repeat a couple. There is the “solution” to this in the achievements section of the guide.
  • I also strongly recommend you play with sprite animation turned OFF for now if you do not have a “good” computer. As cool as the animation is and how much it brings life to the characters, it is a very heavy load on your PC, and borderline unplayable when 4 appear on screen at once. Not to worry, you’ll still see the different sprites.
  • You can save on choices or mouse-wheel back to repeat them. Standard otome, but worth knowing this one also gives you that freedom so you don’t have to save like a paranoid maniac.
  • Some men’s CGs are hidden in other routes. For example, Faeryn’s route has one of Imbriss’ CGs, and you cannot “max their gallery out” without wooing other men. Don’t panic if you are following this guide and have missing CGs. The walkthroughs are long-winded on purpose, so you can do exactly what I do and ensure you get them.

Faeryn – Love Cage Ending

Faeryn has 10 CGs and the “most” out of the 4 men. This Ending will get you Faeryn CGs: 1, 2, 3, 5 and 9.

  • Look away
  • Lead the way.
  • It’s okay… This time, I was only joking. That was a bad joke.
  • It’s not a good time, couldn’t it wait?
  • Could you call Faeryn?
  • Nod attentively
  • I love it.
  • Faeryn, I’m scared…
  • I love books too

  • That was awesome! Like a real adventure
  • You can’t make decisions for me. Please give me back my pain.
  • My parents…
  • Cool. Let’s make it grow then!
  • It’s already perfect because you live here
  • Don’t worry. No matter what you feel, I’ll accept it.
  • Garlic, Ketchup, and Mayo – Unlocks achievement “Peculiar Taste
  • Refuse – Note: accepting and getting the joint Imbriss/Faeryn CG will not impact the ending if you wish to see it. It is not offered in another ending.
  • Accept him

Faeryn – Rinse and Repeat Ending

This ending will not receive a walkthrough. It is exactly the same as “Love Cage”, only you reject him at the very end instead of accepting him.

Note: This is a good “ending” to accept Imbriss’ invitation to a three-way – which is a missing/joint CG for both Faeryn and Imbriss.

Faeryn – Horse Boy Ending

Faeryn has 10 CGs and the “most” out of the 4 men. This route will get you Faeryn CG 8.

  • Look away
  • Lead the way.
  • It’s not a good time, couldn’t it wait?
  • Could you call Faeryn for me?
  • Man, this is going to be long, isn’t it?
  • Yeah, it’s decent, but maybe don’t lose it over a couple of trees.
  • Leave him alone! You’re not welcome here.
  • I only read when it’s useful
  • Throw it out the window
  • Ignore it

  • Relax, it’s just a tree house.
  • This is creepy as ♥♥♥♥.

  • Ah, what the hell! Let’s do it!
  • Maybe you have a point… Fine, let’s get this over with.
  • Wow, seriously? Are you turning into Faeryn?
  • I don’t want to get involved in your way of ruling. You decide what we do.

Missable Singular Achievement “Deja Vu”:

If you have done my guide out of order, you’re most likely missing this achievement.

You need to do Faeryn’s routes before Imbriss’ and Hikmat’s routes, and Hikmat before Momo’s route. (Faeryn -> Imbriss + Hikmat -> Momo)

You can continue Momo and Hikmat’s routes as per usual when you do them, but you must let Faeryn come into the room when he knocks during Imbriss’ “The Healer and His Dragon” route to gain the Deja Vu dialogue found there. You are likely missing this particular piece of Deja Vu dialogue because most of us will have wanted to ♥ the dragon first, and chosen Faeryn as a second or third route.

Disclaimer: You’re welcome to do them in any order you wish to, of course. It’s just you’ll end up having to repeat some playthroughs. Which is honestly fine because the skipping feature is fast. This is just the “optimal” way.
