If you’re like me and encounter the problem where your character animations are butter smooth but panning the camera makes the surrounding a broken mess, then maybe I have the remedy for you.
How to Do It
In your GPU control panel, set FPS limit to 60. After that, deactivate Divinity II’s own in-game FPS limit by sliding it to the left.
That’s it. Unfortunately, this will not completely remove the jittery camera, but it will hopefully make the experience less painful.
To entirely get rid of this issue, you have to set the limit to 30, but my eyes have been spoiled. If you are okay with it, then go ahead.
Good luck!
