What to Do with the Menu
After finding the elusive button, it can be a little confusing, if you haven’t yet, use the Nobles screen to assign a commander, then you will see the options pictured.
The noble screen is the crown in the lower left hand side.
Once thats done, click make new squad, and click the empty slots to assign folks like most other tasks.
And voilà! You have a squad!
