These totals assume each heist is played on Hard difficulty (1.25x GTA$), and assumes that the host takes the maximum cut available for each heist. Crew earnings during setups are not accounted for. The Doomsday Heist earnings are only accounted for a single time, although you would technically need to complete those heists a minimum of four times to get all bonus rewards. Khanjali Sale bonus refers to the extra bonus the host will get after the Act III finale. Depending on which vehicle you choose at the start of the Act III finale, the other will be sold and the host will get either $50k if the Barrage is sold or $100k if the Khanjali is sold.
