How to Fix Unhandled Exception
- Open your Steam library -> Right-click Grand Theft Auto: Vice City -> Click “Properties” -> Click “Local files” tab -> Click “Browse Local Files”
- Delete “gta-vc” executable.
- Rename “testapp” executable to “gta-vc”.
