Explanation of Replenishing Qi and Blood
Replenishing Qi and Blood doubles the growth value of each point of Con.
Basically, instead of 2 HP a level you get 4 HP a level, emphasis on “Level”. You only get that bonus if if you level up.
Starting with Jianghu Conqueror does NOT level you up, it SETS you to level 100, as such, you don’t get any “Growth Values,” or are DOOM put it, “Level Up Bonuses.”
The reason I was gaining HP was because there is a baseline level of HP that is added per Con point.
Side-Note: This, however, does not answer why I was getting different numbers on my HP values on different tests, something to look into possibly.
