1. Get the Luxury DLC.
2. Go to “Map Of Jobs” on your computer.
3. Go to “Luxury Flipper”.
4. Start the mission called “Family Values” (If it doesn’t show up instantly play the other levels. It will appear eventually.).
5. Go to the back of the house and walk straight into the waterfall.
6. Pick up the peacock statue.
7. Have fun with your new achievement!
