MARVEL SNAP – Beasts By Night Deck Guide

Quick Guide to Beasts By Night Deck

I’ve been experimenting with werewolf and this is my new favorite deck!

Strategy:

Whole goal of the deck is to turn your small scalers into absolute monsters with the help of bast, beast and falcon.

Card Breakdown:

  • Hood: Good synergy with Bast and the bounce strategy, allows you to create a demon army when played right, also a good target for Nico’s spells such as Destroy to draw 2 or Transform into Demon.
  • Bast: Whole deck is built around its effect, the only bad target being Swan but boosting your other cards makes up for it. Just don’t Bast your demons.
  • Rocket Raccoon: An underrated card after its buff, can scale really quickly. One of my favorite tricks is to use Nico’s Copy spell to get a copy of a boosted Raccoon.
  • Spider-Ham and Iceman: These two are an absolute nuisance for your opponent. Hit opponent’s key cards and it can be troublesome for them.
  • Nico: One of the strongest 1-cost cards in the game. All of her spells are amazing for you, having Hood and Spider-Ham as cannon fodder for her.
  • Angela: Scaler that rewards you for playing 1-costs over and over again. You can play Wolf at her location then move him out.
  • Beast and Falcon: Obligatory cards in any bounce deck. They keep the deck functional, getting more value out of your 1-cost cards.
  • Sage: She’s an amazing T6 play. With Bast, she consistently gets to over 8 up to 15 power. She’s one of the main ways to win locations.
  • Werewolf By Night: With 10/12 cards having On Reveal abilities, he’s an awesome inclusion. Scales out of control and is hard to predict where he’ll land for your opponent.
  • Black Swan: Together with Falcon on T5, they allow you to bring ALL your 1-costs back in hand and replay them on 6 for free, giving you spare energy for Sage and even a late draw Werewolf or additional cards generated from locations.

I love two things in life, games and sports. Although sports were my earliest interest, it was video games that got me completely addicted (in a good way). My first game was Crash Bandicoot (PS1) from the legendary studio Naughty Dog back in 1996. I turned my passion for gaming into a job back in 2019 when I transformed my geek blog (Re-actor) into the gaming website it is today.
