Ultimate Ranger Challenge
All you really need is horsepower (not sure if this is necessary), fleet footed, and Quick Charge passives.
Use Charge Arrows (fully charged ) for the normal targets.
Use Blob Lob (fully charged) for the groups of five targets (aim for center, but fire a little early).
If you don’t mind waiting until a little later in the game, you can also put Ravager Rocket and Holy Light on your Ranger to make the whole challenge significantly easier.
