Dev skins are on a hidden island.
Location
Slightly north west of Armando’s shop, there is a red tree, stand left of that and jetpack jump/dash west.
Follow the edge to the north and you should see a hole.
Enter that and talk to all of the devs for the skins, or just one dev for the achievement.
