How to Get Transcendent Achievement

1. Get Pitch-Black Melos Bottle from the Gravedigger in Katib.
2. Kill 5 chapter bosses in the Lunatic state to obtain 5 Concentration Honey. It doesn’t drop otherwise.
3. Equip Melos Bottle to enter Abnormal state and farm 420 Anthozoan Bones.
4. Use collected Concentration Honey and Anthozoan Bones to upgrade Melos Bottle 5 times. It’ll be called Fulgurant Melos Bottle and have a slightly different description.
5. Beat the final boss and refuse the drink.
