At some point early in the game, you will hear a rumbling sound after exiting Lara’s house, turning left you will find a naked woman who will introduce you to earth’s root.
Standing still it will emerge from underground and pouring blood, from a blood-filled flask, on top of it it will gift you with herbs, sometimes rare herbs.
Blood-filled flask, can be obtained by performing autopsies on corpses and pouring out the blood into an Empty Bottle after performing the first cut.
