How to Beat Filia
The best way I found to beat Filia was to do crouching hard kick, then forever a clone hard, then repeat.
Using good notation, c.Hk -> Forever a clone (H) -> Repeat.
The Filia computer almost alwalys blocks low, which you can use Forever a clone hard against, and then get some extra damage with c.Hk. If Filia blocks high, you can use c.Hk, then Forever a clone hard.
This method takes a while, but it worked all of the times I tried it.
