That one was pretty easy (I assume you have found the note with the clue?), The Roman numerals correspond to how many times (in ascending order) you need to rotate the dials on the glass case.
The very last dial, where it says there is no numeral (or words to that effect), just leave the dial as 0 (if you know your roman numerals, there is no numeral for 0 which is the clue).
