If you didn’t know you can put items into your backpack but the game doesn’t have 1-4 bindings like the Forest.
You can hole your inventory Key bind and your character will pullout his backpack and you can click on the item you want to equip.
In your Inventory you can add different items to the backpack by putting it into the crafting menu.
