Step 1

Navigate to your Splitgate install location and its “video” sub-folder eg:

• C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Splitgate\PortalWars\Content\Movies\

Step 2

Delete or rename the following file:

• 1047Games.mp4

As simple as it gets.
