Steam – Profile Customisation (Custom Achievement Showcase)

Hello! This series of guides is aimed at new Steam users who want to make their boring profile look amazing! In this guide, I will go over how to create custom letters and symbols in the Achievement Showcase. (Example on my profile & image below).

Showcases allow to display things like your Items, achievements and games on your profile but you need to be at least level 10 to be able to display one. (You unlock 1 showcase per 10 Steam Levels, I will make a guide in the future on how to get Levels Cheap and Fast.)

How to get the achievements

You’re probably wondering how to get achievements which allow you to type words. To get these you actually have to buy a game. Zup X!

This game costs £0.79 and requires about 30 minutes to beat and acquire every achievement. If you are somehow struggling, there are many walkthroughs on YouTube.

Once you have the achivements, move on to the next step.

I love two things in life, games and sports. Although sports were my earliest interest, it was video games that got me completely addicted (in a good way). My first game was Crash Bandicoot (PS1) from the legendary studio Naughty Dog back in 1996. I turned my passion for gaming into a job back in 2019 when I transformed my geek blog (Re-actor) into the gaming website it is today.
