Here are all the Expeditions that offer a chance on a new recruit and the possible outcomes they have:

• “Campfire” – 33% chance each to get a new recruit / find a dead body / find a dead body surrounded by critters.
• “Rescue Pod” – 33% chance each to get a new recruit / find a dead body / find a dead body surrounded by critters.
• “Signal Rocket” – 7% to get a new recruit – 75% to find a survivor under attack – 18% to find a dead body.
• “Smoke Signals” – 75% to get a new recruit – 25% to find a dead body.
• “Thin Smoke” – 40% to get a new recruit – 40% to find a dead body – 10% to find a burned bush.
