How to Start as Ramesses
So far there is only a hard start if you decide to be part of the civil war.
You should just try at start to sign a NAP with all major factions and wait out first Civil War going instead northwarts trying conquere the Hethiti.
Once you conquered all of your arch enemy or at least enough of them you should be able to part of the next civil war.
If your fighting on two fronts you likely messed up your diplo game try get an alliance i managed to get one early.
