Ultimate Fishing Simulator 2 – Guide to Jackson National Park

This guide lists the locations, lures, techniques, hooks, and baits I used to catch all the species in Jackson National Park.

Bluegill

Note: Credit goes to Resolver

• Location: 3, 5
• Lure/technique: Rob. Classic Twist 8 cm – orange/pink – slow straight
• Hook size: #14
• Bait: Bread
• Time of day (M/A/E/N): M, A

Brown Bullhead

• Location: 1-6
• Lure/technique: Rob. Classic twist – blue/black/orange/white – slow straight – 25%
• Time of day (M/A/E/N): All

Grass Pickerel

• Location: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
• Lure/technique: Rob. Classic twist – blue/black/pink/white – Slow straight 10-25%
• Time of day (M/A/E/N): All

Largemouth Bass

• Location: 1 – under bridge, 3
• Lure/technique: Rob Classic Twist 8 cm – pink/white – straight slow; Rob. Sonic S33 10g – straight
• Time of day (M/A/E/N): M, A
• Notes: Caught while clear and overcast. A little harder to find, but did just catch another one at location 3 with a Rob. Classic Twist 8 cm – white lure. Fishing with the Sonic S33 10g does makes it where the small fish like pumpkinseed and pickerels won’t bite.

Pumpkinseed

• Location: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7
• Lure/technique: Rob. Classic Twist – blue/black/pink/orange – slow straight 10%
• Hook size: UFA Bait Hook #16
• Bait: Bread
• Time of day (M/A/E/N): M, A, N

Rainbow Trout

• Location: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
• Lure/technique: Rob. Classic Twist – blue/pink/black – slow straight, UFA Twister 8cm – black gold – slow straight – 32%, Rob. Marteen 65MM – straight; Rob. Sonic S33 10G – straight 28%
• Hook size: UFA Bait Hook #16
• Bait: Fly
• Time of day (M/A/E/N): M, A, E, N

Redfin Pickerel

• Location: 1 – directly under bridge, 5 – SE
• Lure/technique: Rob. Classic Twist 8 cm – black/orange/pink – slow straight
• Time of day (M/A/E/N): M, A
• Notes: These guys are more rare than the other species on the map (bluegill and largemouth bass are the other two that are harder to find). I just caught another redfin, this time southeast of 5 with the Rob. Classic Twist 8 cm – black – slow straight 15% – afternoon – overcast. Hope that helps!

Smallmouth Bass

• Location: 1-7
• Lure/technique: Robinson Classic twist – black/orange/pink/blue/white – slow straight 10-28%; Rob. Sonic M34 – straight; UFA Twister 8 cm – black gold – slow straight – 32%; Rob. Asp Spoon 7G – straight 28%
• Time of day (M/A/E/N): All

Sockeye Salmon

• Location: 1-7 – abundant
• Lure/technique: Rob. Classic twist – black/pink/orange – slow straight 10%; Rob. Sonic M34 – straight; UFA Twister 8cm – black gold – slow straight 25-32%; Rob. Marteen 65mm – straight; Rob. Asp Spoon 7G – straight 28%
• Hook size: UFA bait hook #16-12
• Bait: Dragonfly, grasshopper, fly
• Time of day (M/A/E/N): All

Yellow Perch

• Location: 1, 3, 4, 5, 6
• Lure/technique: Rob. Classic twist – orange/blue/white/black/pink – slow straight – 28%; UFA Twister 8 cm – black gold – slow straight 10%
• Hook size: #16-#12
• Bait: Earthworm
• Time of day (M/A/E/N): M, A, E, N
• Notes: Can fish these consistently by going to location 6 and using the UFA Twister 8 cm – black gold
