Welcome to my simple, little guide to attaining all achievements in this wonderful duck game.

How to Obtain All Achievements

Duck Fan

  • Collect 5 Ducks

Very simple, just wait out a few minutes and you will eventually get 5 ducks.

Duck Aficionado

  • Collect 25 Ducks

Very simple, just wait a little longer and you will eventually get 25 ducks.

Duck Collector

  • Collect 50 Ducks

Very simple, just wait a few hours or so and you will eventually get 50 ducks.

The Truth Is Out There

  • I want to believe

Sit back and wait until you see a flying saucer appear on your screen, it’s just a random event that occurs.

Chicxulub Duck

  • Mass extinction

This is another random event. Although there are theories as to when it occurs, my personal few tests concluded that it happens randomly after you get 50 ducks on screen. I’ve found this as I can only get the duck after 50, and on my very first run, 50 was the amount that triggered it.

For those curious, it is on an exponential curve, meaning ‘Big Rubber’ as I like to call him, will appear after a few more ducks have spawned than the previous time it splooshed. So, the first time may be 50, but the next could be 55 or 60 ducks, then 70, then 80 and so on.

Rosemary’s Duck

  • Call the Priest

Another random event that occurs, just wait a little bit and you’ll see the little Lucifer duck spawn from a satanic ritual pentagram thingy.

All the Leaves are Brown

  • And the sky is grey

Another random event that occurs, just wait until you see it happen. Flying leaves will partially fill the screen when it has occurred.

Thunderduck

  • Witness the rainbow duck

There’s a lot of random events here isn’t there? Well this is yet another but involving the spawning ducks. It is entirely chance to get the rainbow duck however it does count towards the 50 duck collection, so you don’t really have to worry about this one specifically.

Fire is Mightier Than a Pen

  • Especially dragonfire

This is rather luck as well, you must just wait until the dragonbreath duck reaches the collection book and then breathes on it.

Fire and Ice

  • Thaw out a prehistoric duck

Quite simply the most annoying achievement but every game has one so it’s ok. Just need to wait until the Dragonbreath duck breathes fire onto the Ice cube duck.

Yes I know, very simple yet so very difficult. I’ve spent hours watching and screaming at those ducks to just wander into each others paths and then another undefined period of time praying to a deity, which I do not believe in, to then have the Dragonbreath duck not be on cooldown from the previous firing and to breathe on the Ice cube duck. It is quite exhausting, I’m not going to lie.

Duck Watcher

  • Watch ducks for 5 hours straight

Very easy, just keep the game open (On the pool, not the menu) for 5 hours. Don’t close or quit the game until this achievement pops up.

I was actually on for 3 hours before I went to Alt F4 a different application only to realise I hadn’t refocused it. Yea that wasn’t nice, but on the bright side I got to watch some more of my ducks.

Clicker I, II, III and IV

  • Click various objects 5, 50, 500 and 5000 times, respectively

Easiest way to do this is to put on an auto clicker and leave it for a little while on like 50 clicks per second, but I am aware that some people don’t have an auto clicker. Guess you’ll just have to click until it pops up since there is also no tracker (as of currently writing).

Halloween

  • Touch the pumpkin

Wait until Halloween and then click and drag one of the pumpkins that spawn. Or alternatively, change the date on your system clock to October 31st then boot up the game. Just remember to quit the game and change it back to normal afterwards, the results can be disastrous. No, seriously, don’t change your system clock for too long as you will get some undesired effects because of it.

Picasso

  • Use easel and change duck

Just click on the easel, edit the duck however you wish and then click on a duck, and click the little menu at the bottom of the duck pop up. Simple as that.

Merry Christmas

  • Touch the gift

Same as the Halloween achievement, wait until Christmas time and click and drag a present on screen. Or alternatively, change the date on your system clock to December 25th then boot up the game. Just remember to quit the game and change it back to normal afterwards, the results can be disastrous. No, seriously, don’t change your system clock for too long as you will get some undesired effects because of it.

Glitch

  • Get a glitchy duck

Another chance achievement, wait for a duck spawn using the progress bar at the bottom of the screen, and hope that will be the Glitchy duck.
