Softlock at Prison Fight
You need to be in the right fighting style. The game should be telling you that as this is the first time you are using this mechanic. If its not showing a small text box, check, if you have deactivated game tips and activate them. They are quite useful.
Nevertheless, I believe in that fight you need to be in Dragon style. The fight style you need to be using depends on the enemy. When you are in the right style the button for heat actions (on Xbox controller Y) should appear in the upper part of the screen when you are close enough to the enemy.
And your heat bar need to be full.
