Fallout 76 – How to Change The Fast Travel Spawn-In Location for Your Camp

This guide will teach you how to change the fast travel spawn-in location for your camp. It’s very easy, but not known about by many players.

How to Change The Fast Travel Spawn-In Location

Step 1

While in build mode at your camp, hover over your C.A.M.P. Device and press E to pick it up.​

Don’t move your entire camp… Simply pick up the C.A.M.P. Device by itself.

Step 2

Move it to somewhere else in your camp, and press E to place it down.

​Step 3

The fast travel spawn point to your camp has now been relocated.

Excuse my messy yard. And my insanely long list of quests that I’ve been putting off.

How It Works

So basically whenever you pick up your C.A.M.P. Device and move it around ur camp, the spawn-in point changes depending on where the device is placed at.

You can move it around, fast travel, test out where you’re spawning in at… and eventually you can find the perfect spot for it to be.

The ideal spawn point would typically be a little ways away in front of your house’s front door. (Like in the screenshot from step 3.)
