Pathless Woods – Don’t See New Saves [Solved]

How to Fix the Issue

Here is how I fixed the issue on my end:

1. Disabled Steam’s Cloud Save (could be part of the problem and could be not)
2. Made a backup of my saves folder
3. Deleted the saves folder (not the backup of course)
4. Launched the game so the game made a fresh saves folder
5. Turned the game off.
6. Placed my main save folder (the one that has a bunch of digits for a name) back into the freshly made saves folder
7. Done. Now the game can see all saves’ folders in-game. (Both manually restored from the backup I made and newly created)

I suspect this issue could be the fault of either or both of the following files:

setting.json
steam_autocloud.vdf

And if either of them is the culprit you could skip all the steps I made and just delete both of them and see for yourself.
