Its really simple actually all you have to do is:

• 1st Roll and 2nd Jump.

How to actually do it

• As the rolling animation ends jump (easy).

Dont worry you’ll get it eventually took me some time to get used to it aswell.

Question: How does this actually help me?

You gain more distance than just performing a normal roll.
