If youve gone swimming and come back a bit sick, this is the guide for you.

What youll need:

• Pipi Plant
• Coconut Flask

To find coconuts either climb a tree by holding space or cut it down.

You will need to make it a drinkable coconut by smashing it with any sharp tool (stone tool upwards)

Once thats done combine the drinkable coconut with a lashing.

Combine the pipi plant (can be found along beaches in small leaf piles) with the cocnut flash to make an antidote.
