Introduction

My mission: Getting gold fast, beating the levels and buying town hall elements and cards in the card shop. In the first guide I demonstrate you how I developed my card setup to a level which allows me to speedrun the coin grind.

You can see the full guide including the gameplay speedrun in the following video:

First Gold Farming Setup (35 Cards)

I did different experiments to find a maximal way for farming. My first money farming build was made on the restriction of maximum 35 cards.

Base farming setup

Starting hand

  • Gold Mine I + II
  • Arrow Tower I (later you can use Ballista Tower)
  • Iron Mine I
  • Quarry I
  • Lumber Mill I

Deck cards

  • Archery Range I – III
  • Farm I – III
  • Iron Mine II
  • Archers Regiments
  • Influential Command
  • Reinforced Towers
  • Tough Archers
  • Tough Champion
  • Trained Crew
  • Veteran Archers
  • Earth Blessing
  • Vampire Blessing
  • Quartermaster
  • Arrow Tower II – III (same here: exchange with Ballista Tower II – III when you have)
  • Lumber Mill II
  • Quarry II
  • Gold Mine III
  • Mining Tools III
  • Masonry Tools III
  • Lumberjack Tools III
  • Squad of Archers
  • Squad of Demolishers
  • Squad of Longshots
  • Squad of Watchers

All the improvement cards like Archers Regiments and so on can be used already from level I. After each run you buy new cards in the card shop and soon you’ll have the strongest levels from that passive improvement cards!

Improvement Deck for Speedruns

With the experience I made during my runs I improved my setup and built a deck with less cards and the efficiency for getting easy and fast gold. My starting hand is mainly focused on resources. I want to get as much as possible and as fast as possible. So I created this setup:

Starting hand

  • Gold Mine I
  • Gold Mine II
  • Lumber Mill I
  • Quarry I
  • Iron Mine
  • Ballista Tower I (you can play also with Arrow Tower)

My main deck setup contains only 19 cards:

Main deck

  • Archery Range I – III
  • Farm I – III
  • Archers Regiments
  • Influential Command
  • Reinforced Towers
  • Tough Archers
  • Trained Crew
  • Veteran Archers
  • Quartermaster
  • Ballista Tower II – III (or Arrow Towers II – III)
  • Gold Mine III
  • Mining Tools III
  • Masonry Tools III
  • Lumberjack Tools III

In total I am playing with 25 cards which gives me almost always a perfect choice when the fate is coming. Maybe you can improve this deck?
