BONELAB – Windows Mixed Reality / HP Reverb G2 Grey Screen Launch Fix

When I first launched Bonelabs with my Samsung Odyssey + WMR headset with Reverb G2 controllers, the game got stuck on a open XR / Active ar grey launch screen. This is what fixed the problem for me and let me launch the game.

Step 1

Fixing the grey screen on WMR headsets.

Step 2

Open Settings in the Steam vr Dropdown box.

Step 3

Change OpenXR runtime to Steam VR.

Change the OpenXR runtime from the dropdown menu if it’s currently saying Windows Mixed reality to Steam VR.
