Location
World Quest Location: Overgrown Valley, Veluriyam Mirage
Ride the Choo-Choo Cart and enter the cave blocked by the barrier.
Enter and the World Quest will trigger when close enough.
- Explore the mysterious cave
Progress further into the cave until you see a Hydro Eidolon waving.
- Follow the Hydro Eidolon
Follow the Hydro Eidolon, and it will destroy a bubble trapping a Common Chest along the way.
- Read the diary fragment
Press ‘Read’ on the Scattered Yet Well-Preserved Pages (I) to trigger a conversation with Paimon.
- Keep following the Hydro Eidolon
- Take the Choo-Choo Cart to the destination
Ride the marked tracks with the Choo-Choo Cart to the top ledge.
- Break the seal on the “Streaming Projector”
After exiting the Choo-Choo Cart, follow the Hydro Eidolon and it will break the seal on the Streaming Projector.
- Unseal the remaining three “Streaming Projectors”
Hydro Eidolon #1
- Enter the ruins through a crack in the wall (marked by a Four-Leaf Sigil), and progress until you see the Hydro Eidolon. Extinguish the 3 torches with Hydro to pacify it.
- Follow the Hydro Eidolon, extinguish the next 3 torches to pacify it and continue onwards. There is a Common Chest by the torches, in between the crates on the ledge.
- Defeat 2 Hilichurls and 1 Blazing Axe Mitachurl obstructing the way to unlock the Common Chest and pacify the Hydro Eidolon. Continue following it to the Choo-Choo Cart.
- Ride the Choo-Choo Cart to the top ledge.
- Exit and follow the Hydro Eidolon to unseal the Streaming Projector.
Hydro Eidolon #2
- Return to the barrier (broken during Hydro Eidolon #1 by the Choo-Choo Cart) to find another Hydro Eidolon. You may need to approach from the outside to trigger its movement and destroy the bubble trapping the Exquisite Chest.
- Follow the Hydro Eidolon, and when it stops, press ‘Read’ on the Scattered Yet Well-Preserved Pages (IV) to trigger another conversation with Paimon.
- Continue following the Hydro Eidolon until the Hydro Monuments appear. Activate the 2 available with Hydro, and press ‘Please help!’ for it to pass through the gate and activate the 3rd Hydro Monument. It will unlock the Common Chest and raise the main gate.
- Follow and then defeat the 3 Hilichurls and 1 Blazing Axe Mitachurl that spawn when close enough to spawn a Common Chest.
- Progress onwards and press ‘Please check the Hydro monument’ for the Hydro Eidolon to stand by it.
- Activate the remaining Cryo Monument and Pyro Monument with Cryo and Pyro respectively, and the Hydro Eidolon will activate the Hydro Monument at the same time. This will spawn another Common Chest on the other side.
- Ride the nearby Choo-Choo Cart to break the barrier.
- Exit the Choo-Choo Cart and the Hydro Eidolon will unseal the Streaming Projector.
Hydro Eidolon #3
- Go to the hole by the Common Chest. Defeat 2 Floating Dendro Fungi and 2 Floating Hydro Fungi to unlock it.
- Drop down the hole and defeat the 3 Hilichurls to pacify the Hydro Eidolon.
- Follow it and defeat 2 Large Pyro Slimes, 2 Hilichurls and 1 Blazing Axe Mitachurl that spawn when close enough to spawn a Common Chest.
- Ride the Choo-Choo Cart up out of the hole.
- Exit the Choo-Choo Cart and the Hydro Eidolon will unseal the Streaming Projector.
- Restore the mural in the cave
Press ‘Use Streaming Projector’ to enter the mural and remove the Mural Fragment: Sky Keep, Mural Fragment: Flower of the Valley, Mural Fragment: Swirling Clouds and Mural Fragment: Central Hub.
Place Mural Fragment: Central Hub and Mural Fragment: Sky Keep. Then place Mural Fragment: Flower of the Valley to spawn a rainbow, and lastly place Mural Fragment: Swirling Clouds to trigger a cutscene and spawn a Luxurious Chest. The cutscene will end and complete the World Quest.
