How to Get the Best Sword in the Game

Requirements

• Character Level: 3

We need a Level 3 Warrior with a Battle Master subclass. In abilities choose Disarming Attack.

• Potion or Scroll of Invisibility: 2
• Gold: 400

Githyanki Patrol

The Legendary Sword belongs to Kith’rak Voss.

Divide the group and go to the NPC alone.

Use invisibility and get close to him.

Use the Disarm skill on Kith’rak Voss (you may need a few tries before you can disarm him, so use quick save).

After You Disarm Kith’rak Voss

Will begin cutscene after which (no matter what you choose) patrol will attack you. Just for this case, we have a second potion or a scroll of invisibility.

Take another character and go pick up the Sword. After you pick up the Sword, your second character will also (most likely) be killed.

Then, as a living third character, we return to the camp and ask the undead to resurrect the fallen comrades (for 400 gold).
