If you are reading this, you might have ran into a lot of issues with CS2’s terrible performance. Here’s my quick rundown of settings that helped me gain 10-20 fps over default graphics settings.

My Specs:

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5800x
  • GPU: AMD Radeon RX6750XT
  • RAM: 32GB 3600Mhz

  • Resolution – Your monitor resolution+refresh rate
  • Display Mode – Fullscreen
  • VSync – Disabled
  • Depth of Field – Disabled
  • Anti-Aliasing – FXAA
  • Clouds Quality – Low
  • Fog Quality – Disabled
  • Volumetrics Quality – Disabled
  • Ambient Occlusion – Medium
  • Global Illumination – Low
  • Reflections Quality – Low
  • Depth of Field Quality – Low
  • Motion Blue – Disabled
  • Shadow Quality – Low
  • Terrain Quality – Medium
  • Water Quality – Medium
  • Level of Detail – Medium
  • Animation Quality – Medium
  • Texture Quality – High
