How to Get Locals or What Are Locals

Locals are way to get new agents without beacons.

Head to juliette and hit Tour Mode.

Select the outpost.

On agent select we select “Change”.

Select the “Local operative” Tab.

Select the local you wanna run.
Select “Confirm Operative”.
Select “Confirm Operative” again.
Continue as you would into a Normal Tour.

Note: Upon successfully extracting on extraction day, the local operative will be added to your barracks!
