How to Get Locals or What Are Locals

Locals are way to get new agents without beacons.

• Head to juliette and hit Tour Mode.

• Select the outpost.

• On agent select we select “Change”.

• Select the “Local operative” Tab.

• Select the local you wanna run.
• Select “Confirm Operative”.
• Select “Confirm Operative” again.
• Continue as you would into a Normal Tour.

Note: Upon successfully extracting on extraction day, the local operative will be added to your barracks!
