I am a psychopath who enjoy Motion Blur so here’s a guide for a vomit inducing yet beautiful experience.

Here’s How

Press Alt + X and press Developer setting Menu.

Under Post FX tab:

Motion Blur Sample Count = 8
Exposure Fraction = 1.69 (because why not)
Blur Diameter Fraction = 1
Motion Blur Minimum Velocity Threshold = 3
Motion Blur Dynamic Deduction = 1
Motion Blur Jitter Strength = 1
