Log into your Rockstar Social Club account, go to Settings, select and set up 2-Step Verification. If you haven’t already activated it you’ll receive 10 free gold bars with 72 hours.

It was a bit tricky to get it connected, I would advise the following:

• You’ll need to get an Authenticator app. Keep it on something safe you won’t lose access to.
• When setting up the Authenticator app DO NOT scan the QR code, instead enter the setup key manually.
• Enter your Rockstar Social Club account name EXACTLY as it is for the Account Name.
• The Authenticator app will provide you a 6-digit code with a space after 3 digits, DO NOT include the space when entering the code.
• If you have problems getting it to sync up try manually updating the time and date on your devices.
