Undecember – FAQ for Rune Hunters

Notice for Rune Hunters

1) Undecember Contents Reset Time

Undecember contents will reset at 09:00(UTC+9) every morning.

2) If the Item has not been given due to Payment Error

Some time may be required when you are purchasing an item.

If you are experiencing this, re-access the game and check the Paid Shop Storage to collect the undelivered item.

However, if you did not receive the item even after restarting the game, please send in an inquiry through [Game Settings → Support].

3) To Check the Rates Information

For the Undecember in-game rates, please check the rates in the locations below.

• Enchant(Gear) : After registering the Gear that you would like to enchant in the Enchant screen, you can check the rates of the options, sub-options that you can give to the gear through [Repeat Settings(%)] and the maximum tier/tier rates that appear at the bottom by clicking the essence you will use.
• Disassemble : When disassembling an item through NPC Croco (Blacksmith), you can check the rates of the reward appearance as well as the reward rates of the item types, grade, option, quality and etc. you can receive when disassembling.

4) Navigation Function

You can use the Navigation function to find the location of the NPC that is related to the quest you are on in Town or Blacksmith, Mystic, Storage, Mailbox, and other functions or contents related NPC and object.

• In the Quest tab on the right side of the screen in Town, click the quest you are on to automatically move to the NPC to proceed with the quest.
• Click the icon on the left side of the screen that only appears when you are in Town, and all sorts of lists of functions possible for interaction within Town will appear.

5) Escape Function

There can cases where the character is stuck in the terrains, unable to move or moved out of the normal map bounds leading to play error.

Use the [Menu(≡) → Game Settings → 「Escape」 on the bottom of ‘Account’] function to have the character go back to previous area.

The Escape function has a 5 minute waiting time in order to reuse the function.

6) To Lock your precious Gear and Runes

If you have obtained necessary gear and runes from battle during your Undecember journey, please use the [Favorite] function to lock the gears and runes.

Once you press ‘OK’ after registering the gear/rune you have in the 「★」 from [Bag → Favorite], those gear/runes cannot be disassembled/sold/dropped.

*To remove the Favorite status, you can proceed through the same route in 「☆」.

Please take note of this process and keep your gear and runes safe.

*If you have disassembled/sold/dropped your gear or runes, we may not be able to provide the recovery service.

7) Auction House Function

There is an Auction House function in Undecember where you can sell other Gear that you have obtained from defeating monsters or battle contents and items that you have earned from Alchemy or disassembling.

*The items that are [Exclusive], gear obtained from quests, and some other gear and items cannot be registered in the Auction House.

The Auction House function can be used in the Town after reaching Level 30 and ACT.3

Interact with ‘NPC Sald’ in Town to check the Auction House.

Use the ‘Ruby’ as money to purchase gear and items that other users have registered in the Auction House.

If you have sold items, you can receive Rubies excluding a certain amount of commission fee from the registered price.

*The payment from selling an item will be processed 12 hours after the item was sold.

8) How to Use Trading Keys

The in-game item [Trading Key] that you can obtain from irregular event rewards will allow gear that cannot be traded within the Auction House to be tradable.

Please check below for the information on this particular item.

• On the first use of Trading Key to a gear, it will be 100% possible for you to trade the gear.
• Using the Trading Key on a gear that has already had the Trading Key being used, you will have a 50/50 chance of success.
• If you have failed, you cannot use the Trading Key on that item.
• If you disassemble the gear that had the Trading Key used on, regardless of the success/failure, you can earn 200 Rubies.

9) Mailbox Location, Mailbox Item Expiration

The Mailbox is located in ‘Malo Front’, ‘Fortress Plaza’, and each ACT within Town.

Please check the expiration date of any mail you receive from the Mailbox.

*Once the expiration date is due, the mail will disappear and it cannot be recovered.

10) If the Mail has not Arrived

If the item has not arrived in the Mailbox, please restart the game to check.

11) To Earn Gold

Gold is used for various contents such as, Rune growth, Alchemy and Shop.

The amount of Gold required will increase as your character levels up.

There are ways you can obtain Gold, generally by defeating monsters, destroying objects in the stages, selling items and etc.

Reach Level 20 and play the daily content [Spire of Barrier] to obtain a large amount of Gold.

There are different types of difficulties in the Spire from ‘Easy’ to ‘Chaos’.

The higher the difficulty, the more chance for you to obtain more Gold.

If you need Gold, don’t forget to challenge [Spire of Barrier] every day.

12) If an Illegal Program has been used by another User

Using an illegal program within the game can lead to punishment based on the Operation Policy.

If you have spotted another user suspected of using an illegal program during your journey,

13) Game Usage Restriction

You may be restricted from using the game if you have harmed other innocent Rune Hunters by obtaining unfair goods.

Moreover, if actions of abusing the payment process or accounts related to such actions have been con+firmed, these will also be led to restrictions from using the game.

Please take note of this and play the game with an honest manner.

14) GameGuard Error

If you cannot play Undecember due to a GameGuard error even after reaccessing or reinstalling the game, please check the steps below to find the GameGuard erl file and send it to Support so that we can help you.

[FLOOR PC Client]

1) Check the folder Undecember is installed in.

(Ex.: Local Disc (C:) → LINE GAMES → Undecember)

2) From the Undecember folder, move to [RzGame → Binaries → Win64 → GameGuard].

3) There are [npgg.erl, npgl.erl, npgm.erl, npgmup.erl, npsc.erl] files in the GameGuard folder. (All 5 files may not be visible.)

*If the erl file is not visible

• Tick ‘Filename Extension’ from ‘View’ in the top of the folder screen.
• Untick ‘Hide extensions of known file types’ in’View’ from the ‘Folder Option’.

15) Rooting or Jailbreaking, etc. Regarding Device OS

Undecember is doing the utmost to provide a stable game service.

As a part of that effort, we are blocking access from abnormal game environments.

Access from an OS that is not officially provided such as rooting, jailbreaking or tethering may be partially restricted.

Please take note of this when playing the game and help us make a fair game environment for everyone.
