Lost Ark – Life Skill Harvesting Guide (Best Node Locations)

I’ve traveled near and far on the open seas to find the best node locations for Life Skill Harvesting.

Life Skill Harvesting

All Nodes

1. Singing Island – All Nodes ( This island can be found in the singing sea North of East Lutheran and South of Tortoyk.
2. Platinum Fields – The entrance to Platinum Fields is located in any major city. It’s a large boulder with a pick axe through the top. This is a harvesting Dungeon you do need a ticket to enter the fields of Platinum. The ticket is called a Crafting License. I would suggest going in with a group of four. You will find collectibles that you need to turn in at the starting line. If you check the top left corner there is a buff unlocked, secret caves, and eventually the last secret cave that gives a chest. Not sure what the chest gives just yet. However, the amount of mats you get from the bags are pretty nice incentives.

Mining Nodes

1. Artey – Located in the sea above North Bern bordering the siren region.
2. Rostedine – Is located beneath Arthetine in the muddy waters where you can find nodes around the island.
3. Orvis Island – Located South of East Lutheran in the Deadly Sea, you will find this island. There are two nodes here, one for Herbalism and the other for Mining.

Herbalism

1. Slime Island (Slysburg) – Located in the Ocean of Kratos across from Arthatine there are lots of herbs, slime island you can accept daily in your journal and complete it. You can find the boss slime and kill him and wait about 10 – 15 mins you will see a brown slime with a red bow tied around the antenna that gives you a lot of mats that can be exchanged for island prisms and the island heart. ( On this island you will get mats that you can turn into pyramids and after exchanging those you can go to the other NPC in the little village and turn them in for certain prizes.)
2. Orvis Island – Located South of East Lutheran in the Deadly Sea, you will find this island. There are two nodes here, one for Herbalism and the other Mining.

Lumbering

1. Mushroom Island – Once docking on the island you will need to buy the Red Cashew Juice from the vendor on the island. After purchasing you will move towards the mouth of the cave that is closed off and drink the reducer potion. After drinking, enter the cave and chop to your heart’s content.
2. Panda Island – This island is located above Anihc and here you can harvest logging materials. Plus there is a group-timed event.

Archeology

1. Treasure Islands aka Dookie – After completing the timed event on this island, don’t leave instead harvest Runes for Archeology.
2. The Shore of Golden Stuff – Located in the Ocean of Kratos, to the left of Arthetine you will find this island. Not only can you hunt for Artifacts on this island you can find wreckage from ships all over the island. That consists of shillings, wrecked wood, HP Pots, and more. Accept the quest on the island and you will receive uncommon seal books and a few other things. Plus if you find Antique stone seals you can turn them in for an elixir that will add xp to your artifact life skill. Also, you can find the ISLAND HEART by searching the island’s wreckage!

Hint! While using Sonar wait till the dot above your head turns blue before using your Relic Search Skill.

Hunting

1. Predator Island – This island is found in the Ocean of Kratos between North Bern and Arthetine. Here you can find easy means for hunting. Rabbits are available for hunting, they are scattered throughout the island.
2. Nomax Island – Nomax island is located to the East of Payton in the Muddy Waters. Here you can find rabbits to hunt, plus unlock a secret lab after completing the questline upon the island. You can also work on Affinity with Marie.

Fishing

This life skill can be done at any port, so these resources are easy to find. However, here is a list of islands that you can fish at.

1. Kerakol Island – Near the Forbidden Triangle East of Lutheran.
2. Tau Whale Island in the Kernia Funnel West of Anihc.

Once reaching Lvl 15 at your estate, you will be able to do a few of these there. After you gather them the nodes will despawn and you will have to wait for 24hrs until they reset. However, if you get different mats, these items will have a little house on the image.
