Having trouble seeing your friends online? Or them you?

No reason to panic! There’s an easy and quick way to fix this very annoying issue.

Unable to See Friends Online Fix

  • Step #1: Start up GTA 5.
  • Step #2: While you are loading into story mode, press the Home key to open up the Social Club overlay.
  • Step #3: Navigate your way into the Settings tab of the Social Club overlay.
  • Step #4: Now select the tab Game Settings.
  • Step #5: Set your Presence Visibility to Everyone.
  • Step #6: Close the Social Club overlay and open it once more to sync up the data.

Congrats! You should now be able to be seen online by your friends.
