Kai’s a stunning hotshots whose raw speed on the field is only matched by his own confidence. His kit allows him to skirmish from a distance or pressure up close when the opportunity arises.

Hailing from a family of professional strikers, Kai was molded into becoming one of the greatest striker in history and to be anything but the best is to be a failure in their family. To meet his father’s demanding expectations, Kai trained relentlessly from a young age, facing off against professional players at just ten years old.

By the time he turned fifteen, Kai had already stepped into the Pro Leagues with every expectation that he would follow in his father’s footsteps and sweep away the competition. But to the world’s surprise, Kai struggled. At the close of his rookie season, he failed to overcome the long-time champion, Estelle, in the finals. Kai was stunned and, even worse, his father’s disappointment was immeasurable.

Kai called upon his childhood friend, Era, to join his team and in the following season they dethroned Estelle. They went on to dominate the Pro League, winning championship after championship. Kai became an icon of success around the world – his face emblazoning every billboard and his name placed on every product from sports drinks to shoes.

Even with this streak of dominance, Kai could tell his father wasn’t satisfied. Kai knew that to meet his expectations, he’d have to be seen as the greatest player of all time, surpassing even the reputation of his father.

But that opportunity may yet present itself – the Pro League looks to be stacked with the most formidable competition it’s ever had. Old rivals and new challengers approach, each bringing with them an opportunity for Kai to prove himself. Perhaps in the coming seasons, Kai will get the challenge he seeks.

I love two things in life, games and sports. Although sports were my earliest interest, it was video games that got me completely addicted (in a good way). My first game was Crash Bandicoot (PS1) from the legendary studio Naughty Dog back in 1996. I turned my passion for gaming into a job back in 2019 when I transformed my geek blog (Re-actor) into the gaming website it is today.
